May Board of Directors Meeting Highlights
May 16 - The OHSAA Board of Directors met Thursday morning in Columbus for its May board meeting. Check out highlights from the meeting here in advance of the complete meeting minutes being posted.

OHSAA Membership Approves Seven of Nine Referendum Items
May 16 - Seven of the nine proposed OHSAA constitution and bylaw revisions were passed by member schools. Highlighting the voting was approval of a significant change to the transfer bylaw, but a proposal to change how schools are placed into their tournament divisions for team sports failed.

2013-14 and 2014-15 OHSAA Projected School Enrollments
The OHSAA has published the enrollment figures provided by the Ohio Department of Education for each member school for use to determine OHSAA governance representation and OHSAA tournament divisions for the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years. High school principals were emailed these enrollment figures and have until May 6 to appeal. After the May 6 deadline, the OHSAA will publish the final enrollment figures along with each school's representation classification. OHSAA tournament divisions for fall and winter sports will be announced after the June Board of Directors meeting. Click here to view the projected enrollment figures and read the appeals process.

OHSAA Adopts Updated Concussion Regulations

At its February 2013 monthly meeting, the OHSAA Board of Directors approved a new OHSAA Concussion Policy and Regulations, which brings OHSAA member schools into compliance with the recently passed Ohio House Bill 143.
