1.)   Sectional/District Tournament Requests: Notify the sectional/district
       tournament site managers to arrange for media credentials. Click here
       to go to the Baseball web page to access district tournament information. 
       Then click on the district you are covering. Tournament site manager's
       contact information is located there.

DATES: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 4-6, Columbus Huntington Park.
DIRECTIONS/MAP:
Huntington Park is located at the corner of Neil Ave. and Nationwide Blvd. in downtown Columbus. Click here for directions and map.
PARKING: Parking is on a first-come, first served basis in the public lots around the stadium. Typical cost is $3.

4:00 - Division I Semifinal (Cincinnati regional winner vs. Shelby regional winner)

MEDIA CREDENTIALS: When you know a team you will be following has qualified for the state tournament, fax requests to Tim Stried (614-267-1677) at the OHSAA office. The deadline to submit credential applications is noon Tuesday, June 2. Credentials will be held for pickup at Huntington Park. Please be prepared to show identification. If the team you are covering wins its semifinal game, use the same credential for the championship game.
CREDENTIAL CONFIRMATION: The OHSAA will post a list on its Web site of those media members who have requested and been approved for credentials. The list will be posted by noon Wednesday, June 3. Once you access the Web site (www.ohsaa.org), the list can be found under the heading “News & Media”
INTERNET ACCESS: Huntington Park has free WiFi throughout the stadium.
TELEPHONES:
One line is available in each radio booth for play-by-play for the school’s “designated station” for credit card, collect, toll-free or call-backs only. A line will also be available for print media members and photographers to file stories or photos on a first-come, first-served basis for credit card, collect or toll-free calls only. To install a personal line, contact Joe Santry at Huntington Park at 614-
722-1133.

REGIONAL TOURNAMENT PAIRINGS: Regional pairings will be available on the OHSAA Web site (www.ohsaa.org) Sunday, May 24 (provided there are no weather delays), by viewing the “2009 Statewide Tournament Brackets/Results.” Those can be accessed by going to “Sports” followed by “Baseball.”
