Use the same credential for both Friday and Saturday.
CREDENTIAL CONFIRMATION: The OHSAA will post a list on its Web site of those media members who have requested and been approved for credentials. The list will be posted by noon Thursday, June 4. Once you access the Web site (www.ohsaa.org), the list can be found under the heading “News & Media.”

MEDIA WORK SPACE: Media requesting work space will be assigned to either the Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium or the adjacent Buckeye Softball Field press box. See Bob Goldring for your assignment.
MEDIA MEALS:
The OHSAA will provide continuous service of water, soft drinks and light snacks throughout the state track and field tournaments. For those who would like full food service, the OHSAA will provide a boxed lunch or dinner at the various media work areas at the break between divisions for lunch and after the final event for dinner. Media outlets will be billed $10 for each meal ordered. Please indicate on the media request form if you would like to order any meals, and also indicate if the meals are for a reporter (food service will be at the Bill Davis Baseball Press Box) or photographer (food service will be at the Jesse Owens Stadium photo work room). Again, your media outlet will be billed for this service after the tournament.
TELEPHONES:
Some telephones will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the media work rooms for credit card, collect or toll-free calls only. To install a personal line, fax a request to Steve Aldous at The Ohio State University (OIT) at 614-688-3425. You can also call Steve at 614-292-9166. Your fee will include installation and lease of the line for the weekend. If you order a line, you must bring your own telephone and telephone cord. Please specify if you are with the print media or a photographer.

REGIONAL RESULTS/STATE QUALIFIERS: Results of regional tournaments (with the top four finishers in each event in each regional qualifying for the state tournament) will be posted on the OHSAA Web site (www.ohsaa.org) Saturday and Sunday, May 30 and 31. Divisions I and III will be posted Saturday and Division II  Sunday (the times for posting are to be determined since the process is dependent upon data being transferred from the regional sites). State tournament heat/flight assignments and participants’ information will also be posted by 4:00 p.m. Saturday for Divisions I and III and by 2:00 p.m. Sunday for Division II. Viewers will have the opportunity to e-mail corrections back to the OHSAA no later than 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 2.
