Participation in the 2014 OHSAA Foundation Basketball Service Week is fun and easy.

1. Submit Application:
     Athletic Directors received email instructions for submitting an application.  Use the login below to get started. 
          Deadline to submit applications is February 7, 2014. Email [email protected] for login credentials.

2. Approval:
     Once your application is received further instructions and a participant packet will be emailed to the athletic director.

4. Post Event Report and Contributions:
