be received by the OHSAA one of three ways:
1.) Submitted by an OHSAA member school athletic administrator on
official office letterhead;
2.) Submitted by a media member on official office letterhead;
3.) Submitted to the OHSAA by a fan with documentation verifying the
validity of the record. Accepted would be items such as copies of
newspaper clippings, copies of scorebooks or copies of yearbooks.

Attica Seneca East finished as the boys state
runners-up four consecutive years (1994-97) in Division III
Caldwell is one of just four boys high school programs
in the nation to produce multiple three-time individual state champions
(Tony Carna, Brian Hesson)
Cleveland Heights Beaumont's Katy Radkewich placed
second in the 1993 state tournament by four one-hundredths of a second -
the only race she did not win in her high school career
