for Regional Qualifying Coaches |
Follow the instructions in your District
Champion packet.

November 4 - 9:00 a.m. |
The
following forms must be downloaded, completed and e-mailed to Brenda Murray (bmurray@ohsaa.org)
by Wednesday, November 4.
Your
team photo must be e-mailed to Brenda
Murray (bmurray@ohsaa.org)
by Wednesday, November 4. If a digital photo is not available, you may mail a print
photograph to the OHSAA. It must be received by Thursday,
November 5 (use overnight
mail if necessary). The digital team photo must be no smaller than 5X7 in size and
the resolution must be no less than 300 dpi or ppi. |
- If cheerleaders will be used at regional competition, print
and complete the Cheerleader Pass List
and present to the pass gate for admittance of cheerleaders.
