Seeding: Tournament information including seeding instructions and coach’s login information will be emailed to the athletic administrator at each participating school the week of April 22, 2025. Instructions will include the coach’s login credentials.
Please adhere to the seeding and meeting deadlines below as there are penalties for each missed deadline.

MANDATORY Coaches Meetings: There will be TWO mandatory meetings of coaches to select a sectional site and to place participating athletes on the tournament brackets.
On Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 8:00pm (D1), 8:50pm (D2)
Coaches will meet virtually to select their sectional tournament site. The top 16 will select their sectional, the others will be placed geographically. Only the top 16 teams (per division) must be there mandatory; others are welcome to join to watch the selection process.
On Sunday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m., coaches will meet to place participants on the tournament brackets. Both meetings are MANDATORY, and schools will be penalized for not participating.
Virtual Coaches Meeting Information: Mike McGee ([email protected]) will email each coach the links to their specifically required coaches’ meetings prior to those meetings. Coaches are encouraged to print any materials provided in those emails to expedite the selection process.
