The head coach will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including athlete development, practice and meet planning, supervision of assistant coaches, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to building student-athletes both competitively and personally. Previous coaching experience in track & field or a related sport is preferred. Coaching Duties and Responsibilities:
*Ensure student safety at all times.
*Prepare and maintain playing facilities, including courts, fields, locker rooms, and dressing facilities for home and away teams.
*Inventory (distribute and collect uniforms, warm ups, etc…), monitor equipment condition and quantity and make suggestions for purchasing new equipment
