Meet Information Packet For Teams, Coaches & Spectators
Changes: Coaches who wish to make substitutions to qualifying teams after the entry deadline will be able to do so until noon on Friday, November 1, using the substitution form that will be posted on MileSplit. If substitutions need to be made after that time, they can be made by completing a substitution form and turning it in to the timing team at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled race. No substitutions will be accepted via phone, email, text, or verbally.
Box Assignments: Box assignments will be posted by 6pm on Wednesday, October 30.
Packet Pick Up: Packets must be picked up by a board-approved coach (no parents) at the pavilion near the school transportation lot. The packets will include athletes' bibs and coaches' admission wristbands that must be worn on the wrist. Each school participating will receive 2 wristbands, allowing course access.
