March 12, 2020
OHSAA STATE TOURNAMENTS TICKETS UPDATE

Following Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s announcement on Tuesday afternoon that all indoor sporting events in Ohio should severely limit spectators to reduce the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, the Ohio High School Athletic Association announced additional details Tuesday night for its upcoming tournaments in wrestling and basketball.

All previously purchased tickets for the upcoming state tournaments of wrestling and girls and boys basketball are now void and will not be valid for entry on event day.

If you purchased via an all-session order form, online, or via phone, the refund for your ticket purchase has already been refunded to the card originally used to purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account. If you purchased via check, please allow up to approximately 4-5 weeks for the refund.  Checks will be issued from the Ohio State University and made payable to the name on the ticket office account.

If you purchased in person via cash or credit card, refunds can be obtained by returning the tickets in person to the point of purchase.

If you have questions, please contact us via email to [email protected] or by phone at 1-800-GOBUCKS.  Customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Thank you for your patience and support.
