OHSAA Football, Volleyball and Soccer on Spectrum, NFHS and OHSAA Radio Network
Volleyball and soccer state tournaments on the NFHS Network; Spectrum to cover 18 regional quarterfinal football games Friday night; more than 15 games on NFHS Network, OHSAA Radio Network Playoff Preview Show linked
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio High School Athletic Association volleyball and soccer state tournaments are this weekend on the NFHS Network, while the football regional semifinals are Friday night on Spectrum and the NFHS Network.
In addition, the OHSAA Radio Network has posted its weekly Playoff Preview Show for stations to download and play prior to their own pregame shows or as part of their weekly programming. The video version of the Playoff Preview Show will be posted on the OHSAA’s social media platforms on Thursday night.
OHSAA Volleyball on the NFHS Network
The OHSAA girls volleyball state tournament begins Thursday at the Nutter Center at Wright State University. The NFHS Network will have all 12 matches live, with Chris Solwecki and Justin Kinner handling play-by-play duties and Jackie Cline and Michelle Mimna providing analysis.

OHSAA Soccer on the NFHS Network
The OHSAA girls and boys soccer state championship games are Friday (girls) and Saturday (boys) at Historic Crew Stadium. The NFHS Network will have all six championship matches, with Dwight Burgess handling the play-by-play and John Bluem providing analysis, joined by Andy Krahling on the sideline.

OHSAA Playoff Football on Spectrum
Spectrum News 1 will televise four regional semifinal games live on Friday night, including Canton McKinley vs. Lakewood St. Edward, Pickerington North vs. Hilliard Bradley, Mason vs. Cincinnati Archbishop Moeller, and Uniontown Lake vs. Massillon Washington (Channel 314). Playoff Coverage on the OHSAA Radio Network
In this week’s show, host Marty Bannister goes on location to Westerville Central High School and chats with Athletic Director Andy Ey about what all goes into hosting OHSAA football playoff games. The show also includes regional reports from Dean Jackson (Toledo BCSN, Spectrum), David Kinder (Cleveland WKYC-TV), Ryan Baker (Columbus WBNS Radio), Chris Solwecki (OHSAA Radio Network), Marc Means (Youngstown WBBW), Aaron Cassady (Marietta WMOA, Southeastern Ohio), TJ Downing (Stark County Media).
The show includes one local break (2:00) after the interview with Andy Ey for stations to insert their own spots.
All seven football state championship games will be broadcast by the OHSAA Radio Network. Stations that have not yet entered into affiliate status can contact Tim Stried at
[email protected]. There is no fee to carry OHSAA Radio Network programming and there are 24 local avails in each game. Network game broadcasts are available through Skyview Satellite or an online feed.
