  Information for state tournament finalists shall be forwarded to the athletic administrator of each school via an overnight packet of materials which shall include a link to an online presentation regarding all tournament procedures.

  Due October 28 - 9 a.m.

  The following forms must be downloaded, completed and e-mailed to Tim Stried ([email protected]) by Wednesday, October 28.
